However, the steadily increasing demands on operational, personnel and funding issues as well as the increasing professional activity of the parents made voluntary management by the parents increasingly difficult.<\/p>\n<p>So, in the summer of 2019, the parents, in coordination with the Ruppichteroth municipality, started looking for a new operator. When educcare and the Winterscheider Wirbelwinde got to know each other, it quickly became clear that there was much common ground. Pedagogical quality, the childcare centre as a place of learning and development and an educational partnership are just some of the mutual key aspects.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;extra-text&#8221;]In only five months, all those involved in the day care centre, the municipality (council and administration) and educcare implemented the change of provider. Marcus Bracht, Managing Director of educcare, is enthusiastic: &#8220;The Wirbelwinde are a great enrichment for educcare.
